18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

TogetherAgain is a friendship and companionship service for adults. This statement concerns the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

No sexually explicit content

The Site does not produce, publish or allow any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Our Terms of Use forbid members from uploading such content, every profile photo is reviewed, and anything that breaks this rule is removed and the account responsible closed.

Our role

The operator of the Site is not a primary or secondary producer of any such depiction, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Members are responsible for the content they upload and must have the right to share it.

Age of members

Every person shown on the Site must be at least 18 years old. Members confirm their age when they register, and we close any account we find belongs to someone younger.
